All Sanskriti Students will participate in this annual celebration of Indian Culture. This year, the theme is Diversity of Indian Food.
Students will showcase the regional diversity of Indian food in fun and creative ways at an "Indian Food Fair." They will also do a project on the story of a family dish, including its origin, the cultural or religious traditions associated with it, the recipe, and pictures.
These stories will be collected in a book, which will be sold to raise funds for Akanksha Foundation, India, that provides education to underprivileged children.
