India Fest 2023-Vendor Booth Registration

Registration

  • Food vendor is responsible to submit the application for food license to the Livingston Township. Please get approved food license before making payment.
  • Please don't mark as anonymous, we would like to show everyone the registered vendors. We will not be able to provide canopies but we strongly suggest you get one along. We will have volunteers available who can help you set up.
  • We will place the booth at a premium spot by the entrance. Booths will be pre-assigned. No Canopies provided but we recommend that you get one along.

Vendor Participation at India Fest 2023

Sanskriti of NJ will hold its Annual India Fest at the Livingston Gazebo, 7-9 Civic Center Rd, Livingston, NJ on Sunday, August 13th, 2023!  As always, admission is FREE. Each year, we have more than 1000 people pass through during the 4 hour event.

We invite vendors to set up a booth to sell clothes, jewelry, arts & crafts, apply Mehandi or anything else that you wish to sell. Register using the 'Vendor Booth Registration' tab.

Deadline to register is Friday August 6, 2023.

Vendor booths: $50/booth or $75/booth for premium spots (limited spots closer to the entrance)

Food Stall: $125 (Food vendors must submit food license application to Livingston Township prior to payment). You can use the same tab to register- 'Vendor Booth Registration' tab.
